Adriana Boulton-Samuels
Adriana Boulton-Samuels is the Broker in Charge at V&T Realty, a distinguished real estate brokerage, land procurement, and entitlement consulting firm established in 2016. She pursued her education at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As an international student, she completed her studies and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1998. There, she began her family and now proudly calls Charlotte her home.
Her professional journey commenced in 2003 at American Security Mortgage, where she embarked on a career in the real estate sector as a retail mortgage loan officer. Her expertise was primarily in loan products tailored for first-time homebuyers, including FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional Loans.
In 2007, Bank of America recognized her talents and recruited her as a retail mortgage loan officer. She later served as AVP Loan Structure Manager in Centralized Sales until 2016. Following this, Adriana expanded her scope within the real estate industry by becoming an agent and gaining extensive experience working with buyers, sellers, and builders from a new perspective. Additionally, she provided consultancy services to builders for land entitlement and development. Adriana also collaborates with her husband, Tim Samuels, on land projects through BRD Land and Investment.
Outside of her professional life, Adriana cherishes traveling with her husband and spending quality time with their four adult children.
Tim Samuels
Tim Samuels has secured over 45,000 lots throughout his real estate and homebuilding career, earning him the moniker "The Godfather of Land" among top national homebuilders in the Southeast. Known for his high energy and relentless pursuit of success, Tim is adept at overcoming the challenges inherent in the land acquisition process.
In 1995, while working for Don Galloway, a leading homebuilder in Charlotte, Tim, as Vice President of Sales and Land Acquisition, played a pivotal role in increasing the company's annual home production from 300 to 900 units, contributing to its recognition as "Builder of the Year" in 1999.
In 2002, Ryan Homes recruited Tim to spearhead their land acquisition efforts in Charlotte; under his leadership, the company's annual home sales and closings surged from 400 to 1,500. His effective management led to the company's division into four separate entities within the Charlotte area, with Tim overseeing land acquisition for all divisions. He was instrumental in establishing the land department and recruiting and training a dedicated land acquisition team. In 2020, Tim assumed the role of Principal at V&T Realty alongside his wife, Adriana. Additionally, he co-founded BRD Land and Investments, a partnership focused on land development and acquisition strategies across the Southeast and Texas.
Brittany Jackson-Spiers
Brittany Jackson-Spiers, a native of North Carolina, was raised in Raleigh before settling in Charlotte post-college. A graduate of Appalachian State University, she earned her BS in Accounting with Magna Cum Laude honors, followed by a Master's in Accounting.
Brittany initiated her career in public accounting at Grant Thornton, where she concentrated on auditing sizeable real estate companies and developers, also serving as a university recruiter. She owns BJS Building Group, a real estate enterprise, and is co-owner and controller of Harland Building Group alongside her husband, Brian Spiers.
Both companies specialize in constructing production specifications and custom builds, whereas Brittany oversees all financial and real estate operations. She holds active real estate licenses in both North and South Carolina. Brittany enjoys leisure time with her two young sons and her husband, Brian Spiers.
Rachel Lee
Rachel Lee is a seasoned Real Estate Agent licensed in North and South Carolina, with a rich background in New Home Sales and a profound understanding of the luxury real estate market. For nearly nine years, Rachel has assisted families in finding their dream homes, formerly collaborating with Classica Homes until 2023 and previously with Toll Brothers. Her success stems from a collaborative approach with clients and an ability to anticipate industry trends, establishing her as a trusted advisor in the ever-evolving real estate landscape. Rachel volunteers at her children's school and explores Charlotte's local culinary scene in her free time.
